It will be me, my DH, our three DD's (ages 13, 8 and almost 3) and my parents. The only one I know for sure we are doing is Crystal Palace. I'm looking for any other suggestions and why you think its a good character breakfast.

Thanks!

We always enjoy Chef Mickey's at the CR. We like seeing the fab five! The food is pretty good, and it is a fun breakfast.

We've also enjoyed Cape May at BC. It is a more "relaxed" breakfast and the characters are in beach attire. I don't think Mickey attends this breakfast though, so if he is important, of my two suggestions go to Chef Mickey's. Have fun!

ETA: Since your children are all girls, they may enjoy a princess breakfast. I believe there is one in Norway at Epcot, obviously CRT at MK, and maybe 1900 Park Fare at GF. Someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong.

We like CM and the Castle for breakfast and 1900 Park Fare for dinner. 1900 PF has Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters so not sure if you are into them!:)

We like the Princess Breakfast at Norway. There is a self serve fruit etc buffet then a hot skillet breakfast is served with eggs, sausage, bacon potatoes and rolls It has has Princess lunch and dinner as well. We haven't tried the new breakfast at Tusker House in AK but we always enjoyed the breakfast at Donald's. H+V has a fun Lil Einsteins breakfast if your kids are into them. This is similar to CP Pooh breakfast.
On a different note we really liked the buffet dinner at GF's 1900 Park Fare Cinderella's Gala Dinner.

We like Donald's Breakfast Safari @The Tusker House. We've been twice (first time when it was still helf @Resturantasaurus) and are going again next month. Food (juice they serve when you first sit down,) atomsphere, character (Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Mickey) interaction is great! Try to get an ADR before the park opens! :thumbsup2

We tried Ohana at the Poly this past trip and really enjoyed it. Lilo, Stitch, Mickey & Pluto. The food is served family style, all you can eat. There was delicious juice, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, Mickey waffles, and a basket of wonderful breads. Character interaction is good, and the kids can participate in a parade around the restaurant with maracas. HTH

I have never been to any character breakfasts other than Crystal Palace, so good choice there!!:goodvibes

I am looking forward to Donald's Safari Bkfast this trip though.

We prefer Chef Mickey's. Also like Donald's at AK, but CM is more fun.

I agree with the PP who said Ohana's. What I love about it is that its served "Family Style" (all you can eat) so I'm not making thousands of trips back and forth getting food for 5 kids. Its so nice to sit and enjoy eating and watching the characters. The parade is also a lot of fun. Its also $4 cheaper per adult and $2 cheaper per child than the Contemporary's Chef Mickey Breakfast. We've done both and we prefer Ohana's.

Another vote for Princess Storybook in Norway! Wonderful breakfast and charming princesses. My in-laws loved it too. We're going back for this on our next trip.

Another vote the the Tusker House. We just loved the selection and the Jungle Juice is amazing!!!

I agree too

Gotta agree about Akershus in Norway. We went for both breakfast and lunch but preferred breakfast. My daughter had a great time. We are doing Cape May, Ohana, and CP when we go next month.

MY DH, DK and I really like Donalds breakfast safari. Great variety of food, good place to meet Mickey, and get you get into Animal Kingdom early!

We only did 2 character breakfasts, the one at DHS (but more for little little kids because it is Playhouse Disney characters, although the food was very good).

Our favorite of the two we did was Chef Mickey's at Contemporary. Excellent character interaction, excellent food. Unique things too like breakfast pizza (two kinds...one with peanut butter and jelly and one with scrambled eggs and bacon), vegetable lasagna, and a dessert table!! LOVED the food there! They take your photo when you enter before you sit at your table. Then they offer you the package of photos (a few copies of your picture in various sizes). We bought it. It was the only photos we bought on our vacation but totally worth it! We did Chef Mickey's on the final morning of our trip, as one last thing to do just before leaving. Perfect happy ending! Excellent choice for a character breakfast and next time we might try dinner because we want to try Cape May Cafe for breakfast.

I've only been to two character breakfasts - Crystal Palace and the storybook princess one in Norway/Epcot. By far both places were one of the highlights of our trip! We went back in November (girls only trip - just 3 adults, no kids) and the characters were fantastic, they interacted with us (not just snap a pic/get an autograph and they left, they actually spent sometime with us (like they did with the little kids). And the food at both places was really good.

We enjoy the Cape May Character Breakfast. We always arrive at around 8:00 A.M. It's relatively quiet, the character interaction is excellent, and the breakfast is buffet is fresh and good.

Two questions about the Cape May breakfast...do you need an ADR for it? Which resort is that at?

Thanks!

I'd have to say that 'Ohana's is our top favorite. However, we also love Chef Mickey's.
