Whispering Canyon is in your resort, and has the breakfast skillet in addition to an a la carte menu which is nice (you will be served and not have to go get your food yourself). Ohana is at the Poly, includes Mickey, and is family style, so they serve you your food. Also convenient to your resort. 1900 Park Fare has made-to-order omelettes and eggs, and my friend ate there last summer when she stayed at Grand Floridian. It was the last morning of their trip, and her husband turned to her and said that if he knew it was that good, they would have had breakfast there every morning of the trip.
The only way I would do Tusker House is if I would want to be in Animal Kingdom before it opened. Then it would be convenient. I am not even that crazy about Animal Kingdom as a theme park to begin with though, and we are not going back there next summer.
So I vote for sticking with the 3 resort breakfasts. All resorts are convenient to where you are staying and easy to get to, and all offer a little something different than one another.
