wheres the washer/dryer at VWL & BCV?

thinking I may be needing to do laundry on this trip (which I do try to avoid)
where is the laundry located at both VWL & BCV for studios? do we need to stay with it? how long do they run? which pool is closer to the laundry? cost, etc? thank you

I'll be using the laundry facilities at BCV in June! I don't know where they are either. I do know that the laundry room at BWV was incredibly convenient for me. I usually just sat and read a book or sat by the pool while it washed and dried. Very relaxing in fact.

The laundry room at VWL is on the first floor across from room 1512. The laundry room at BCV is on the 4th floor, hang a left off the elevator. The washer takes about 30 minutes to run but the dryer usually needed 2 cycles IMO to completely dry everything. The washer and dryers at DVC resorts are free to members, but you do need to pay for detergent. I believe it's $2 per box, and the machine only takes quarters.

I did find that at BWV, a lot of people just left behind any detergent they didn't use. There had to be about 3 boxes that were 1/2 full sitting on the counter! I probably wouldn't count on them being there, but you may get lucky.
