Okay all my WDW experts...help me out here, please! It just dawned on me that we will be at MGM for our Fantasmic Pkg with a Mama Melroses's ADR that will definitely create a conflict when the 24hr mark hits for SW's online check-in. We won't have a laptop with us, so where's the closest place I could dash off to for online check-in? We are staying at POP but I would imagine any resort would do it for us as long as we are using an onsite resort. Also, any public internet available inside MGM?

would think you could take the boat over to BWV or BCV, concierge has done it for us in the past (they basically log on as "you").

There are also two self serve kiosks set up in the Dolphin lobby for any airline that you want to check-in online or print boarding passes. Head past the main checkin desk towards the conference center and they'll be on your right in an alcove with phones.

Yep, Any resort will work.

The Boardwalk is the closest to the Studios.

Also, you might try Studios guest relations at the park entrance. I've read where folks have done the boarding pass thing at a park guest relations, but have not tried it myself.

Thanks everyone!!! Looks like I have a couple of options to get the coveted "A" boarding pass. As a back-up I will have my parents get online and call them to do the check-in for me (just don't have a lot of confidence in their computer skills).

If you don't have an web-enabled cell phone, which is easiest of all; try Guest Services in the park -- people have reported here that they have been able to have it done there.

Guest services at the park will check you in and print your pass.

Just my personal preference, but I wouldn't want to be worring about checking myself in while on a park day. Got any friends or family whom you have a little more faith in? For what's it's worth - my Dad is about as dopey as it gets when it comes to the internet and computers. But he had no problem checking me in (we went through a few practice runs before the big day.)

Cool -- I'll try guest services and have my parents as back-up! :woohoo:

Just wanted to post that Guest Services inside the gates @ MGM took me directly to a computer where I was able to do my SW check-in and print my boarding passes. They were very nice and it was a piece of cake!

Cool - that is great information as we usually fly SWA.

Also for others reading I used one of the self serv kiosks set up at the Dolphin on Tuesday 10/3 and it was very easy and quick.

I just bookmarked the internet site on my cell phone before leaving for Disney and checked in via my phone when the time arrived...easy and quick. There's instructions on the SW website for mobile checkin.
