Where's a good place to meet for Cindy's

I have booked a table for Cindy's for breakfast for 9.00 and I need to tell my fellow diners where we should meet and at what time - any suggestions please? Do we have to get there 10 minutes beforehand etc?

I would caution you to be very specific if you plan to meet someplace other than the PS check in stand. We oncce spent almost an hour searching around the castle area for family members.

If you want to meet away from the PS stand and it is accessible, I recommend meeting by the wishing well. If you are on Main Street, facing the Castle, it is on the ramp that goes around the castle on the right side. If you follow that ramp it puts you out by the stroller parking area for Cindy's. It is a lighter traffic area, and a specific location that if someone can't find it there are a number of people and cast members that can guide them there.

I would say just meet at the check-in stand or in the throne room. If you are not all together they won't seat you. You can't say, well someone will be here in a minute.

I actually had this same issue last year. There were 9 of us so it was next to impossible to to stay together. Off to the side of the entrance to Cindy's (if you are looking at the castle it is through the castle and to the left) there is a "smoking" section. It is hardly ever crowded and tucked away enough that you are not in the way of other guests....
This was a perfecting meeting spot for my family.
