Where would you suggest a vacation home?

Hi:

Just wondering where we should be looking at renting a vacation home near Disney. There are 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 kids, age 11 and 13. We would like a pool and spa/hot tub. Thanks for any information you can give us, and any questions we should be asking. We are booked to arrive Apr. 18-27.
