Chances of waitlist coming through 1 week before request expires?

As above; have waitlisted Poly Tower Ressy for 1BR Suite, checkin 9/6. Already have a confirmed ressy at PVH suite, but would like to upgrade to Tower. Hold my breath or not?

It seems to me that most rooms revert back to the hotel side as breakage and they will try to rent them as cash if they are within 30 days. Not all, but most.

Basically zero, tbh. Once you get inside 31 days before checkin, people's points go into holding so cancellations are very rare. But things do happen.

How long is your reservation for? If it is one or two nights, maybe. Anything over that I would say not a chance. That’s just from my experience, so I could be wrong.

I agree chances are not likely, especially inside the 30 day window, but don’t give up hope! We’ve had a waitlist come through at 17 days out so you never know.
