Where would you buy an Ipod Touch today?

With all the BF sales, I'm so confused! Looking to buy an Ipod Touch (either 8g or 16g) for my son for Christmas. Thought I would be able to buy it online at Walmart with the $50 Itunes card, but it doesn't seem to appear on the site.

So....any other suggestions on where I should buy it online?

Just an update....ordered mine from Amazon because it was $178 shipped with no tax. Apple was charging me the tax on it when I went to order it. So I skipped the free engraving and just ordered it from Amazon.

Just bought one for dd on best buy.com 8GB for $199 plus the $49 accidental breakage warrenty. $30 gift card best buy included. free shipping. I saw it yesterday online that included a $50 GC but didnt get a chance to order until after work and by then it was sold out. so $30 is still okay. I debated about walmart but I really feel the accidental breakage is the way to go just in case..

we are looking at buying the 32 GB at bestbuy.com. From what I have read, they have the best extended warranty (covers everything including dropping it). For those who have a Kroger card, you can buy the Best Buy gift card for $10 off a $100 gift card, max of 5. That's up to $50 off. Works for us since we are buying 2.

I picked up a refurbished 8gb iTouch from the Apple site this morning for $149 plus tax and shipping. My DD and I discussed it and decided that while we did want one, we didn't need the latest generation model nor more than 8gb.

This is OT but I have to say I was impressed with my DD when we were discussing this. Instead of just wanting the latest model, she wanted us to get the least expensive model ("to save money") and she voluntarily chipped in her own money (from her own savings) to help pay for it.

I purchased a laptop as a gift, they told me you could add it as long as it's before the return period is up. You should be fine going back to add it.

It looks like I would have to pay for the $30.00 card. At check out it isn't listed as FREE. Maybe they only had the special during a certain time, I'm not sure. Thanks again for your quick reply though.
