I received exceptional service and would like to thank the two cm's involved.

Thanks in advance, Birdie :sunny:

I imagine you could e-mail them to Disney customer service.. I don't have the address, but I am sure someone here does.

Next time you have good service you might want to stop by guest relations.. we did this on our last trip when two CMs were so very helpful to us. We had to fill out a little form with the CMs name and our name and we were informed that it went into their permanent record. The more good cards like that they had, the more likely they were for promotions or raises.

I received the cust service over the phone so I couldn't go to guest relations but I definitely would have if I was there. :flower:

Nice to hear! Sorry I can't help you with an address though. I think it's very important to encourage everyone to write in when they get exceptional service, just as much as when they get really bad service. We all expect a certain level of service, it is Disney after all, but those that go above and beyond sure do need the recognition. I am sure it would make a CM's day. There is a lovely lady who works behind the scenes at Disney who I would like to thank for helping me out with a photopass issue, so I want that address too!

A little off topic. But, last November. I took my 2 DD's by myself to Disney. My younger daughter has some issues. We went to a CM at the guest services office at MGM. She went out of her way to help us with a request. So later that day. I had my girls sit down and write a short thank-you letter. And before we left the park we dropped it off to her. She was so thankful. She had only been working in guest relations for a month and was surprised by the thought.

On my last trip to WDW in May I had a wonderful CM at Magic Kingdom Guest Relations that was EXCELLENT! I was on a trip to play in a basketball tournament at Wide World of Sports. To make a long story short 5 of our team members lost their tickets to the parks. The CM replaced all 5 team members 3 day parkhoppers for FREE!!!!! When I asked if there was anyway to give him a great "revue" I was given a card with Guest Communications info:
Post Office Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

I also have an email but can't post it because I haven't made enough posts

The address the last person gave is the one I have also. I sent a letter to Disney regarding great service by a cast member at Animal Kingdom. I understand that CMs receive "extras" when people do this. One CM told me that they get "called in" and congratulated.

You can also address snail-mail letters to the resort or theme park where the CM was working.
