Where? Who? How? Photography? Help! Triplets take on the World!

i blame it all on that darn full moon last night!
I will tell you the rest of that CRAZY night in a moment!

Thank you!!!!

I love landscapes, animals, not a fan of people. but will do it for fun only. Here is my web site if you haven't seen it already??? I am a canon person. right now i have the 30D and saving to upgrade the body.. (ya know new job!)
I am SO up for a photo walk!!!! anytime with the camera is right up my alley!!!
What do you have?

With this said.. The little league gave me a tee shirt last night that says PROPERTY OF HEGEWISCH BASEBALL.. Very funny right? so i am going to run to target and find something that i can add to the back maybe "PRESS" or something in the lines of.

I agree with you! I LOVE LOVE my battleship of a truck. I want to keep this one forever
rebuilding a motor once is enough but a COUPLE of times? what do you do for that poor thing!

I shoot with Nikon. I have an older D40 that I have been using for a few years. I went and bought the good glass to help with the quality of the pics. A week and a half ago I got the D7100 for my upgrade. I will continue to use the D40 so I do not have to keep switching the glass. I have done a couple of birthday parties and all of my family stuff. since the part time job is at a motorsports park I do shoot some of the drag racing events there if I do not have to actually work it. Some mud racing event too. I really love experimenting with the night time long exposure shots. Now that I also have a variable ND filter I get to have a lot more fun.

You know one can't just work at a drag racing facility and not drag race themselves :rotfl2::rotfl2:I used to race both vehicles but after replacing the rear axle in the SUV and repairing the transmission in both, that stopped 3 years ago

Just a quick pop in!
Didn't want to keep you in suspense the game went well no cops called in and better news they won!!!! So a big pizza party was had afterwards!!!!

Such a fantastic day for all kids and can't ask for better weather today!!!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!! So happy the parents were respectful! And even happier that the kids won!!! :cool1:

D~

First - as usual, the Midgets are ADORBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just love what little posers they all are!

And that darn stupid person... Sad - really sad and really stupid. Seriously.

And the parents at the game... Sheesh!!! Horrible, horrible... And very sad - kids learn from that...

I hope today goes better for you my friend. (((Hugs)))

D~

Thank you!!! I really love to show them off!!! :rotfl2:

Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day!!! I will post in a minute!

That is one crazy day and you get to have a do over tonight at 5:00??? Hope the parents stay home.LOL

The kids are so cute. Having fun at WDW!

Thank HEAVENS it was NOT bad what so ever. everyone was put in their place! :thumbsup2 I do believe half the parents did stay home!

Thank you! I do love my munchkins!!!

Yeah, that's not going to happen - my "kids" are all adults now - the oldest is 34 and the youngest is 26. Not sure how they got that old, since I am only 39....

Have a great evening!

HOLY COW! I didn't realize they were big kids! well. Yes 39 you will stay!!! :rotfl2:
I'm 39... i have to turn 40 next year so i CAN celebrate the 10-40 trip!! :rotfl2:

:rotfl: well, there's always grandkids.......

:thumbsup2
Good thinking!

I don't think I have said but YAAAAAY!!!! New job, disney trip, no one hurt in minor accident....yeah, reaching for the silver lining I know....:rotfl2:

Hope all your car troubles are worked out soon with minimal damage to the pocketbook!

Hope you just LOVE the new job, don't know what it is, but it sounds like it will be a fun one:thumbsup2

Thank you!!! Yes so far my car is back and running beautifully! I love my truck!!!

Wow! Drama Drama Drama in Mo's world. Sorry about all the car trouble :( My goodness...the F bomb at a kids game?? They should be banned for life. Not cool!

Yay! For the job. Can't wait for you to start that!

Girls trip spreadsheets already started *thumbs up smiley*

I'll be checking in by phone this week from my horrid class. So don't expect much in the reply department :)

Right? I am NOT a drama person. usually it happens in front of me but i am NEVER involved. i don't tolerate it at all.

I will do an update on yesterday! :thumbsup2

Boy, I missed a lot of chaos happening to/around you! I'm glad the second game found the adults had grown up a little overnight! What can they be thinking behaving in such a way in front of impressionable kids??? Oh, right. They aren't thinking!

Glad you got the "accident" sorted out. Sounds like that young lady needs a "smart car" since she obviously can't handle the bigger ones.

When is your last day at your current job? I'll bet they hate to see you go. It is just so great that you got a job you are crazy for. You know the old saying: "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." So true.

As for the pics of the little ones, keep em coming. They are just so darn cute! Any new developments for next year's trip?

I need to start planning our April trip with our DGD. You would be a good one to ask: we take each grandchild to WDW when they turn 5. We have two grandchildren turning 5 in 2014. Charlotte in February and Miles in September. I want to take each of them by themselves, but Dan wants us to take them together. I figure Charlotte will be all about the pricesses and fairies and Miles will want no part of that. How do you handle that with your kids? I don't want to spend our vacation with Dan and Miles off somewhere totally different from Charlotte and me. What do you think?

Okay, sewing room calling. Have a great day!

I am looking forward to grandkids, but I don't think its going to happen anytime soon. One ds is married and his wife has an 18 yo, who came into our lives when he was 14. Love him to pieces, but I did miss out on the baby years. They are not able to have anymore kids. Next ds is getting married sometime...next year maybe, but they haven't even set a date yet. Neither of my girls seems to be in a serious relationship, so I'm not figuring on either one of them having any kids anytime soon.

In the meantime, I have granddogs!

It continues to amaze me how parents act around kids' sporting events. And then they wonder WHY the kids end up doing some of the stuff they do.

Always great to have an end of season pizza party.

NICE CAMERA!!! I am in need of a upgrade on the body thankfully my lens are interchangeable on the canon!!! LOVE the nikon. I am so lost on it! I tried to help D~ daughter with hers and i did get lost in the settings, :confused3
LOVE LOVE night shooting, rather do night/twilight shooting then any other part of the day. The shots come out so beautiful with the colors. my lazy behind cannot seem to wake up early enough to do a sunrise.. I really need to.
I cannot wait to see the new Dumbo ride and get a long exposure on it!!!
Filters are loads of fun to play with!!!
What programs do you use for editing? I have lightroom. love it.
Th motorsports must be fun to shoot as well any and all time to go out and shoot i am ON IT! :rotfl:

I have elements 8 for processing. Most of the time I do not have the time to do any processing on my pics at all. Everything that I have posted on the boards is all been straight from the camera. Motorsports pics are usually given straight to the office so i try to get it right from the start. I kind of wish they didn't put all that HD movie stuff in it. The manual is like a library book to read, it's just so much info.

i wish i missed the chaos!!! :lmao: eh what are you going to do? dust yourself off and keep on swimming!

Glad you got the "accident" sorted out. Sounds like that young lady needs a "smart car" since she obviously can't handle the bigger ones.

lady... she was 18... your right there is no reason for her to have that large of a vehicle!!!

Nope not leaving the day job. just a second job to keep up with my obsessions! like photography and DISNEY!!! :goodvibes
One day i hope to leave the day job and be happy!!! :wizard:

As for the pics of the little ones, keep em coming. They are just so darn cute! Any new developments for next year's trip?

Thank you! so glad your not tired of seeing them!!!

As soon as i get my first paycheck from job #2 i am booking!!!

My advice is to break it up during the day girl then boy and everyone is happy!!
i love to know your plans and always here to help!!!
good luck in the sewing room!!! have a great night!!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!! So happy the parents were respectful! And even happier that the kids won!!! :cool1:

your not kidding there!!!

i have one of the more expensive photoshop programs.. I have NO idea in how to use it! i have a friend coming in and promised to show me.
Do yo happen to know a good program in how to change the file format from DVD to something else that you tube accepts?? been looking and i rather stay with the photo's! ::yes::

i saw a couple of your pictures and are amazing here are a couple from teh shoot on Sunday:
i am NOT happy with the results:

the poor dogs were so hot and the time got away from me the sun was directly above.
hence my reason i don't like day shots:

again too hot poor dog and tongue

but i just love him:

again i don't like them and we need to redo!
i have to go and look at the baseball pictures now! :yay:

Happy there were not problems with the parents at the finish of the game. And congrats on teh win.

I am having problems with my computer, so must be short messges. Love the pictures of your munchkins. And the photo of the dogs are great.

Thanks! very excited for them to go to state! they are good kids and deserve it after the nonsense that went on...

I hope you rectify the computer issues soon.. I don't like when you go missing... ;)
the pictures are OK. she finally got back to me about the pictures and she likes the ones i almost dumped!!! :scared1: learning curve. don't delete anything let the consumer pick then dump..

*************************************

So really upset with my son Zack right now.. Remember the big shopping day with their communion money? Well knucklehead brought out his 3DS and left it out on the field.. it's gone... Needless to say i was upset. and told him how disappointed i am... he's grounded. :furious:

I spoke with my friend Nicole (forget her dis name) yesterday who is still lurking on here.. :rolleyes1
we are going to try the tee shirt deal. She and Family are going to the Happy place in Sept :woohoo: so we have little time to destroy the first batch, then master the whole thing! Hopefully i will be a tee shirt making FOOL!! :teacher:

i have several ideas in how to make them thanks to the wonderful people of the Dis.

i am STILL researching for the best way to surprise the kiddies in the trip.
I am all over the dang place!!! i need to focus on ONE thing at a time i just can't.

then at the game Jen and i were able to talk a little bit about next year, we are still talking about going together! :cheer2: I have to send her my thoughts on the restaurants.

I also asked the midgets which restaurant they wouldn't want to miss while we were there...
Meg Princesses. geez what a shock... more like 1900 park fare. OK.
Matt. He likes Ohana and scifi OK.

Zack ready for this....

are you thinking??? Think HARD....

we have been here before....

What can be his pick???

insert thoughts here _______________________________________

Your probably wrong...............

:wave2:

you people are NOT trying very hard...........

popcorn::

popcorn::

give you a hint....

he said "ya know the restaurant i dressed up like Peter Pan???

He picked Akershus!!!! Can you believe that?!?!? maybe he is digging on the princesses?!?! i was shocked. Matt started to tease him. Meg just started at him.
Umm OK.

So then showed them you tube videos on Be our Guest. and Teppan Edo.. They seemed really interested.
bottom line as long as we have a couple of Character meals i think we can do a few non character meals. :cheer2: half and half one day character one day not.

:dance3:

That is too funny that Zack would pick Akershus and Meg just staring at him! I think it a good plan not to do all character meals. As much fun as they are, it does cut into park time....especially if that one character still hasn't reached your table and you have to wait.

Love the family picture with Goofy.

LOL about Akershus... I LOVE it - such a ladies man!!! Hehehe...

Totally agree - we try to do a few character meals and a few regular... We love them all!!!

And your family pic - so adorable!

D~

That is funny about Zack wanting to dine at akersaus.
They prob don't realize it yet, but they are lucky they can pretend it is their sisters fault they "have" to go see the princess's. my kids still pull that stuff. They blame the little on.

I fully agree with you!! half and half. they are a bit older now and can appreciate a regular meal and not ALL characters. as long as we are having FUN nothing will matter.
didn't even think about the time it takes with the characters.. so even better, new way of planning that as well! :thumbsup2

thanks feeling a bit goofy today! :woohoo:

He IS a lady's man.. this kid thinks he has one over on ME?! :lmao: such a funny boy....

So now that the gang's all here! :cheer2:
(Suzi is at training)

I am waiting to send over the restaurants and menu's over to Jen so they can see what they would want to do!
Their children are picky in their food choices yet aren't annoying about it. they know what they like and don't like and go on their merry way! so this will be an awesome trip...

Yay!!!! I can't wait to read more... If only our potential trip for next year overlapped with yours... :scratchin

D~

time to adopt!!! :lmao: I love when people say that~
we thought about it - briefly - when we first got married but decided we were too old (

you will get them.. And you will spoil the snot out of them! yeah - if i'm not too old and decrepit by then....

otherwise you can adopt mine as grandkids!!!:lmao: you are on!

so good news i had to go to this thing for work today in regards to any type of emergency.. I got to make the plan! Woo hoo!
So if the city is in any problems i have saved the city!! :rotfl:

Funny!!!

lord help the city of chicago!!!:rotfl:

lol

Yeah, Mo saved the city. I think your pictures of the dog are perfect, really nice job.

Glad the game went well and they won.

Akershus is not the response I expected but I don't blame him. Actually that is my dad's favorite :) He is insisting we go there this year in spite of the fact that DD is getting kind of old for it. Still lots of fun for all.

As for taking a boy and girl at the same time, we took my nephew (5) and my niece (4) and we must have seen every princess! My nephew didn't seem to mind until Cinderella gave him a big kiss on the cheek! Now with my son I have to resort to bribes. LOL We did lots of things for both kids and they enjoyed everything. We did stay at All star sports since my nephew is a HUGE sports fan. His dad brought a football and he got to play on the big field there and had fun exploring the resort.
