Where to start?

Hi all, Im planning a surprise (kids) WDW trip for '10 and I know its really far away but I have no idea where to start.(we've only done DCL) The only thing DH said on it was he wants to stay in Animal Kingdom. We are completely open to anytime in '10. So when would I get the most bang for my buck? TIA for any help...
