Anyone have an email addy or a regular addy I can send a complaint letter to in regards to the DDP?

We did it last year and LOVED it!!!!! We just got back, and it's totally NOT worth it anymore. We were disappointed.
The fact that the tip isn't included was a HUGE downer, as well as the no appy. None of us really eat dessert, we would have been much happier with a salad or soup or even a small appy. OR at least a CHOICE.....a dessert might have been nice like twice over an 8 night stay. But not every time..I never even ate it the dessert, except at O'Hana's.

Also...we felt that we were ALWAYS stuck in the "bad area" of every restaurant..and my husband SWEARS it's b/c of the DDP.

And finally.....my DD is almost 3 with nut allergies....so she wasn't on it, but at some restaurants we ordered her dinner off the kids menu..which was FINE..but we weren't happy that some restuarants charged you a la cart while others gave her a "combo meal". We paid $6 for a fruit cocktail at one restuarant as her "dessert", but then at other places her dinner came with fruit and ice cream....we felt it should be the same or close at every restaurant.

As of right now, unless changes are made we won't be doing it again....ever. We ended up spending like $200 extra just on food (tips, salads, kids meals)

Anyway, any help would be greatly apprectiated!

I don't know who to write to, but it seems the dining plan isn't right for you anymore.

It's not right for me anymore either, but I have a DDE card and plan to roll with that.

The email mentioned in the post above will get your a reply...usually within a month

These changes have been in place for a while...I would think that during your planning process you already would have known about tips no longer being included, and the changes regarding the appetizer. They were pretty-well publicized here on the DIS.

As for always feeling you had the worst table, sometimes that just the luck of the draw.

Regarding continuity among all the restaurants, remember that many are not actually owned and operated by Disney, but by other companies with agreements to operate on Disney property.

Its always good to let your opinions known to Disney, though...this is the only way they can know what adjustments they should attempt in their product.
