Where to put Delta gift card number

I have enough movierewards points for a $100 egift card for Delta airlines. I was looking up prices on Delta (Haven't decided to go with them yet) and I can't figure out where the giftcard number goes? I see a spot for Sky bonus number, and then I see where you can pay with credit card or paypal. But I don't see a spot for the giftcard. I haven't ordered it yet, since we aren't sure who we are flying with. But I thought I would look over the site and see how things worked.

not sure if its the same place but I booked Delta with travel voucher #'s. After you click purchase you have to enter your credit card # then there is a box on the lower end of the website that you click if you have eticket/voucher etc to enter.Then the next page will allow you to enter those #'s
