Where to pool hop

My DH and I will be in WDW for 13 nights in October. We have been thinking it would be nice to take a few afternoons to pool hop (before they take away the perk ) Which pools are worth hopping to? When we are finished, is there a place to change out of our wet suits?

Also, if there is a particular drink that you like to order from the pool bar, you can include that to! We may need a few drinks along the way!

Try the pool at the Polynesian. Also give the pool at BWV a try. It has a neat slide.

The Grand Floridian would be worthwhile. They used to have a drink called a monorial yellow. Don't know if it's still there.

I would recommend the Contemporary! Why -- because it doesn't have a heaping mound of mud or a bizarre clown face and it is not Hopped much so it's not overcrowded. Nice lake view to say the least. The slide is good but who cares anyway??

I could sit around there all day. Oh yeah, I did!

Well, no pool here (unless you fall into the bay) but if you go to Downtown Disney don't forget to stop at the little shack at the pier - I believe it's a subset of Capt Jack's Oyster Bar. The Rum Runners are the best I've ever had - bar none!!

You did not say where you would be staying to hop from?

In July, we will be staying at BVC to use SAB, which does not allow pool hopping, but want to hop over to our new home resort, SSR, and try the new pool there. It sounds good so far.

You may also want to consider the OKW pool if the slide is done by the time you are going to be there. Anyone know the date it is to done yet?

Try them all...they are all great. From our kids perspective, they love them all. With the different themes, it's always something slightly different. Coronado and Port Orleans have nice pool/slides as well.

It's too bad that BCV and AKL and not hoppable any more.
