Where to meet Easter Bunny at Mk on Easter Sunday? wait time?

I thought I read somewhere where the Easter Bunny is at the MK on Easter Sunday. Where is he located and what are the wait times like? Never been at Easter. I know it is going to be really crowded.

He should be next to City Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny also take part in the Easter festivities at the Deluxe resorts on Easter morning...there's usually a candy dash in the morning.
