Where to go to make changes

This is a 2 part question, and DCL may take care of part of it on their own, but just checking with the experts.

We are a large party with several cabins ranging from Gold to new cruisers. All reservations are linked so we are good as far as dinner times and tables. I did all the excursion and Palo type booking for everyone. When I booked the new folks our Palo time and character breakfast were not able to match and i was too afraid to cancel ours to attempt to book with them. I know there can be changes made but I am not sure what the character breakfast is considered.

I think i go to Palo to see if we can get all of us together (we are 30 minutes apart now) but where do i go to see about getting one table for character breakfast? We are 15 min apart there and all reservations are linked, but is this a dining room change/ excursion change? Just trying to see which line I need to get into when we get onboard in a little over a week.

When you check in for the cruise, you will get the first-day Navigator. On the front page there will be a section that lists where to go for various scheduling issues. The time and location for dining changes will be listed there.

Character breakfast changes might be handled through regular guest services, that is where I would try since it is more in the nature of an "activity" than a "dining" thing (like Palo).

This is what i was thinking, not real sure if it is dining or activity either, so i guess we will have to send someone to guest services while the others go to Promenade for dining. Thanks for the info.

The dining room managers will be in charge of seating for the character breakfast.
