Where to get perfect layers....Matting tool....?

I really want the Perfect Layers matting tool that they sell on HSN but they don't ship to Canada....I can't even figure out the manufacturer to see if they have a Canadian distributer.


Does anyone know of another website that I could check? I even tried Ebay and NOTHING.....Help.
