Where to get a "cool" lunch at Animal Kingdom?`

I'm a big Satu'li fan, and they have mobile ordering. Healthy, tasty, customizable, and you get to eat in air conditioning. It's my favorite QS, and pretty much my favorite restaurant at the World. Nomad is neat, and it is cool in there. I would just warn that it seems it depends on what CM is working as to what you can order from Tiffins. We were just told we could do Nomad's small plates, Tiffins' appetizers or sides.

Yak & Yeti or Satu'Li Canteen would be our choice in AK.

If money is no object, then Tiffins is my favorite restaurant at Animal Kingdom. Yak and Yeti is pretty good too.
