Where to find older Disney toy?

My son's school is putting on Mulan and he has been cast as Captain Shang! I would like to find something special to give him after the last performance. I searched the Internet and found out that Mattel made a 12" Captain Shang doll (sort of like a Barbie) back in the 90s when Mulas was first released. It appears that the doll isn't made anymore. The only place I've been able to find it is on E-Bay but the prices are all over the map (from $4.99 all the way to $70 for the same doll).

I would rather buy it new if I can. Does anyone know of any rare toy websites where I might be able to find the Captain Shang doll? I can get a smaller plastic action figure on Amazon, but I really want to get him the doll. I think it would make a nice memento for him to display in his room.

Thanks! I was hoping to get the 12" Shang doll. I have seen the smaller action figures and may have to settle for one of those instead. Thanks for the help!
