TDS CM here. 2 weeks ago, we got the Elsa dress in a full size run, that is 2 of most sizes, and four 5/6s. Last week, we got only two size 4s. We are limiting ALL Frozen items to 2 per guest right now. The Ebayers are getting more aggressive, working hard to acquire these items.
They underestimated the popularity of Frozen, obviously. They overestimated on Monsters University, and got stuck with it, Brave too, to a degree. Underestimated Tangled, and Sofia at first. Over on Planes.
They order the product over a year in advance. I wish they did better with Frozen
it IS coming though. I read one comment on another thread, that did not believe the product is shipped on a slow boat to the US
.. said it should be sent by air, that is what other companies do
. just funny to read that. The boxes are huge, there are 200+ stores, plus online

If you contact
Disneystore guest relations, they may be able to locate that Elsa T shirt, maybe. The dress is almost impossible to find and I do not think they could assist with that. Best bet, watch online often, and get the phone #s of local TDS, and call them at opening on shipment days. They can hold it, or ship it to you. We get many calls each shipment day.
