Where to find Frozen merchandise?

Anyone else's Disney store have completely crappy attitudes when you call about the Elsa costumes? I called this morning to see if any came in for the release of the movie and she acted so rude! I said I would call back on Thursday after they recieved their shipment and she said well I can't tell you when or what we get in shipment! Uh, ya you can, I've been calling every week for two months!

I call several stores every day to check. I am always super friendly, as I know that they get this call one million times per day about the Elsa dresses. Some are nice, but others are very rude. The Austin, TX store hung up on me this morning after saying "no" and click. I'm sure they are sick of this too, but they should also realize that all of us spending (or trying to spend) our money at the Disney Store is the major reason that they have and keep their jobs. If the customers aren't there buying, you don't need people working in the store. So get some Magic, people at the Disney Stores!

Yes! I was just going to post this, too. Just grabbed a set to serve as bday cake toppers. Not cheap, but worth it for a bday for us.

I'm still somewhat baffled that Disney can't up this stock more quickly given this billion-dollar-plus movie success...

Called my disney store since they get new shipment on Friday at 4pm. They said they were not done going through it but I could call back in a hour but they did so far get cups and pajamas. I called back in a hour and spoke to someone else and they said they did not get anything frozen! I called her out on it letting her know what the other person said and she said oh, I guess we did get that. I call because my store is 1 hour away. Don't know what to think now.

I saw the dresses at our Walmart yesterday. So if you have friends or family in Canada ask them to look for you.

Just got back from WDW on Sat night and they have the Elsa costumes at BBB and Norway now along with some other items....books, shirts, dolls, figurines, etc. I think they will stay in stock there now. Saw little girls running around as Elsa everywhere! I do like the Disney Store one better, so keep looking for that one, but if all else fails you can get one for your daughter on your trip.

We just got back yesterday and saw Frozen shirts and sweatshirts at the Emporium on Mainstreet (MK), Downtown Disney (World of Disney & Once Upon a Toy), Mouse Gears (Epcot)as well as in the gift shop in Norwary (Epcot). We didn't like any of them, they looked poorly printed and kind of cheap! Most started around $27.95, and did not look as nice as the one I'd purchased for $10 at Target when the movie was first released!

Barton Creek Square JCPenney had Anna and Elsa costumes today.
