Where to eat at DTD

We are leaving a day early and will stay at a hotel in the DTD area. The next day we will check into SSR. That night we would like to eat at DTD. The only place we have tried there was Rainforest Cafe. Where is a good place to eat? I have two kiddos so nothing fancy. I was thinking TRex?? Is it good? Can I get a ressie in advance? Thanks

If you want kids theming, then yes, go to T-Rex. If you want a good dining experience then try Raglan Road.

I just got back from the world and ate @ T-rex for the first time. AMAZING ATMOSPHERE! But even more amazing food!! Lots of variety, i very much enjoyed this restaurant.

those pictures of the appetizer (shrimp&artichoke dip) with queso(AMAZING!)
the mushroom ravioli (BEST RAVIOLIS IVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!!!)
and the fish tacos (boyfriend got them and liked them alot, very fillin)
the blue drink is called "shark water" it's sprite with coconut syrup and a cherry

you can either call (407)939-3463 which is wdw dining hotline, or you can do it online at www.disneyworld.com which is easier and faster they also have the menu on there.

The food at Raglan Road is awesome! Even my then 10 year old loved it. He had the shepherds pie yum! DH loved the samplers of adult beverages too! They also have entertainment throughout the night. I would suggest this place to anyone.

wolfgang puck express is SOOOOOO good! everytime i go there i get the 4 cheese pizza (i know your thinking ur gonna have pizza plenty of times) but i swear this is the BEST pizza in disney! BF always gets the mac and cheese and he swears by it! its also reasonably priced and they have a nice outdoor patio out of the way, or if you prefer the inside you can watch the chefs cook!

We have eaten twice at The House of Blues and both times the food was great as was the atmosphere.

t-rex would be fun for the kids. The portions of the food is huge so think about sharing some items.

They only release some tables to WDW dining ... there will be more choices if you call the restaurant directly at 407-828-TREX .

I would have to agree on Wolfgang Puck express! My girls then ages 5&3 loved eating there. We ate outside on the patio. oh my goodness the pizza was the best I had ever tried... my hubby loved the chicken... and I got some roast beef thing on focaccia bread that was to die for!

If you call direct, you don't have to wait till the 90 day mark either. I called today to get a reservation for December.

We have eaten twice at The House of Blues and both times the food was great as was the atmosphere.

I love House of Blues, it's a frequent stop for us when we are in DTD.
