For sushi, I'd go to Puck's at the West End, and get PS; for fish, shellfish, etc., I'd go to Fulton's and get PS; Fulton's bar rocks too, and has an awesome appetizer offering at the bar! Enjoy!
Another vote for Fulton's Crab House. Try the combination dinner of Alaskan King Crab Legs and Lobster Tails; you won't be sorry. They also have very yummy Margaritas. I'd make a PS cuz the wait on a weeknight during off season was 1-1/2 hours or go at around 9pm or after. Oh yes, the Key Lime Pie was pretty tasty as well.
If it is a business lunch or dinner, just know that HoB 's music is pretty loud. May not be really condusive to conversation. Otherwise, it is a great restaurant.
Best spot is Portobello YC. They have several fish entrees that are excellent. Next would Wolfgang Pucks--upstairs is a bit more upscale, and a bit more quiet.
WOLFGANG PUCK'S!!!! You can either do the cafe (downstairs, resort wear is ok) or the "formal" dining room (upstairs and I think men have to wearjackets). The food is spectacular (highly recommend the pumpkin ravioli). Was just there at the cafe with DH and MIL and we all loved it. DH had a sushi appetizer and it was perfect. The wine selection is great and they have a good drink selection. The service was way above expectations. We dined at about 6pm; it was practically empty when we arrived and by the time we left (7:30-8) it was getting very crowded.
I am blanking on the name - is Fultons the place that is kind of on a pier off of the downtown area? If so, that is my vote. The seafood was excellent and the atmosphere would be good for a business meal.

Actually jackects aren't required at Pucks upstairs. In fact, when we dined there in Oct. nodody had on a jacket.
Typical "business casul" is just fine.
