You are second poster that has said this. I wouldn't expect a disposable item to last more than once. Isn't that the point? I don't want to lug a wet piece of plastic around when the rain clears nor do I want to worry about drying 5 of them in a small resort bathroom or end up having to pack them wet into a suitcase for our return.
There are certainly benefits to both products.![]()
The dollar store ones don't explicitly say disposable so some people may hope to get a day or two of rain out of them. I have found that the dollar store ones are so flimsy that if it's even a little windy, they just blow up and down. And if you have hair - forget about the hood staying up. Plus they're sleeveless.
