where should we stay next summer?

okay, we are going to do one night at DL. I've always wanted to stay at DLH because of the monorail and access to DL. However, its been around 13 years since I was at DL and things have changed.

so where should we stay?

The monorail does not stop at the dlh. The stop is in dtd.

The track did not change, they just took out the building that was part of the hotel to make room for ESPN Zone and Rain Forest Cafe.

I voted for GC since for a 1 day trip the proximity to both parks is really "worth it"

I voted for GC. It's a beautiful resort and very convenient. You won't believe what a great job they've done of incorporating it into the theme parks. They've made great use of small available space. It's so close to everything, yet you feel so secluded and tranquil.

Voted for DLH since that is where you have always wanted to stay. It is not a far walk to the monorail.
However, you can't go wrong with the GC. zipDdoodahsummed it up best. We just returned from a wonderful stay there. Service was excellent and the convenience/location is a big bonus when you want to take a break. Enjoy your stay wherever you end up!
