Remember, other people read these post, and while the info may not always be helpful to the original poster, it might be helpful for someone going at another time.
You're right, it might not be helpful to the original poster, but since THEY asked, they have a right to have current info, and not be told basically that they were inconveniencing someone by asking a question that has been asked already.

As Barry said, it would be fine to say that someplace is a great place to eat, but it's closed currently...but for those looking for someplace during peak seasons, they might give it a try. A simple blurb stating that the place is closed would be considerate.
I know for myself, I'm not trying to start a fight, but when I see information being given out that isn't current or is just wrong, I'm going to say something...Having someone posting info that is incorrect and saying that they just didn't feel like posting the correct info because it was asked recently is just unnecessary.
To those of you who feel like it's the debate board, would it be better for those of us who see incorrect info to say nothing to keep it harmonious here? Unfortunately, even if it IS incorrect, it's always met with opposition. We never had these problems here before, so I'm genuinely sorry if some of you are upset. I'm certainly not happy about it all myself!

I'd certainly like to see the "problem" corrected and I don't mean to ruin people's enjoyment of these boards, I'm trying to help to see that people can plan vacations and that they have current info, without having to be made to feel bad for asking.
I won't post if people are going to think, "oh no, MsDisney has posted again...what is it NOW????"!!! I really just want to offer information to people since we live 15 minutes from the parks and visit often, so we are usually able to help people with current info...
Now, where else do people like to eat???
