For our Sept. trip DD wants salmon.

We already have CP booked before the PPP.

She loved the maple glazed salmon from Canada last year during the F & W festival. Is it the same one they have at LC?

Any other suggestions for great salmon?

Artist Point's cedar-plank salmon is their signature dish. It's flown in fresh from the Pacific Northwest every day and the chef says it usually goes from river to plate in less than 48 hours.

I agree with starbox, the cedar-plank salmon at AP is about the best I have had. The only time I had better was at a great seafood restaurant in Seattle. And they were pretty close. Every time we go to AP I have a tough time deciding between the salmon and the buffalo steak. That is great too.

Now if it doesn't have to be salmon, I would go for the Maize-crusted and Seared Pacific Sturgeon at Jiko. That is fantastic too!

Even my DD that doesn't like Salmon, ate the Salmon at Artist Point. It's great!

I loved the salmon that Mama Melrose;s had a couple of years back- I think it's stil on the menu. It's got this pesto and tomato topping. It seemed kind of wierd to me but I'm so glad I ordered it. I liked it so much I frequently make it this way at home. (Tonight, as a matter of fact!)

This was wicked awesome! I am a very particular salmon eater and this was phenomenal.
