I need to visit guest relations for some old tickets- any suggestions which location would be best to visit? I am hoping for the shortest wait and helpful cast members. Thankful for any suggestions.

There is no reliable answer to this question as each GR can have different staffing at different times.
The staff makes the difference.

Your timing can find "better" or "lesser" Cast Members at any location.

The shortest lines were at Animal Kingdom. When I got to Epcot one morning, there was a LOOOOONNNNNGGGGG line at guest relations and when I left in the mid-afternoon, there were still lengthy lines there. I didn’t try MK, but I would guess it would be busy too.

We have always received the best and most consistent information at Disney Springs concerning any ticket issues.

Yep, the guest services outside of the World Showcase entrance, near the Skyliner station. It was our go-to Guest Services. The GS at the front of Epcot had a line like Test Track and should have had a wait time on the MDE app. Yet go to the World Showcase entrance and these people are begging for someone to visit.

Disney Springs Guest Services. Sit down and relax in the lounge area while waiting for a Cast Member to come to you. No standing and waiting in line.
Just know that ticket matters at Disney Springs are now handled at the Disney Ticket Center.

Definitely this(or one of the Water Parks GS).

And the new GR IG office just opened!

All the GR locations I have been to have been wonderful. CMs are always awesome!

The one that I see consistently bad is the one at MK. I always try to avoid GS there. Off hours at DS ( meaning not the height of dinner ) has been pretty good for us in the past - only 1 or 2 people in front of us.

Thanks for the info, Robo. In November 2019 we had to go to the DS Welcome Center/Guest Services to exchange 20 year old tickets. Maybe the Ticket Center that opened in April 2019 does standard ticket transactions and Guest Services handles the more challenging issues. Just reporting our boots on the ground experience. But, nice to know there may be other options.
