If seeing Mickey is a must, we personally like Chef Mickey's and haven't had some of the problems at breakfast that others seem to bring up. However, the 2 you mentioned, Cape May and 1900 PF, are our 2 favorite character meals. Cape May tends to be more relaxed than other character meals but can be a bit of a pain to get to if you're relying on Disney transportation. 1900 PF has some great character interaction. I guess it really comes down to, would your 2 year old rather see Minnie, Donald and Goofy (in beachware) or Mary Poppins, Alice, the Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger (the connection between them is they all take place in England)?
