where is shared greeting on certain programs???

where can I find shared greetings for creations, allthingsrewarded, and millers (if millers has it)? I cannot find the place where I can send cards.

Click the links for daily visits. On CR its on the 3rd page of daily visit sites. On All Things Rewarded its at the bottom of the first page of daily visit sites in the middle. On Millers it is second from the bottom of the first page of daily sites.

Each gives you different points....CR 7 points per card, Millers 5 points, and AllThings 5 points. Although it looks like this weekend the site will be giving extra points for cards.
