Where is my SW Ding! ??

I use to love to look at the SW Ding! rates daily.
Now I haven't seen them in MONTHS.
This has been the case (for the most part) for approaching 5 months +. A few months ago I got a few days in a row of Ding rates, and I thought - Hooray! They're back! But, then...nothing. I even wrote to SW inquiring, but got a generic non answer response.

So I wondered, for those of you signed up for SW Ding!, are you getting any discount Ding! rate notices? Is it just my area or everyone???

I've had trouble with Ding for the past year. I've re-downloaded multiple times and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating because Dings were usually the best rates.

Now that you say that I don't recall any in prob a year or so. I have multiple places on mine so it's more than area.

Thank goodness for this thread! I seriously thought I had mis-configured it, corrupted download & re-installed twice, etc. It's been driving me crazy!

It is driving me crazy not seeing them anymore!! This is how we use to (try and) book our flights - now it feels like not only are the affordable airfare rates rare, but the Ding! rates are gone

I was crossing my fingers that someone out there was still getting them.

Same here! Was thinking it was my computer, lol! Haven't seen a Ding in months... gosh I can't even remember the last time I've seen one!

I had it on my computer for a few months but never got anything so I took it off.
