We just got back from WDW after not being there in over 2 yrs. I had a tradition of rubbing the head of the last bat before you turned to walk past the loading area for the Haunted Masion for luck. Apparently, a lot of other people had this same tradition bcause the bat was VERY worn to the point that it was almost a blob of brass (or whatever) instead of a bat. This time there was a BRAND NEW bat in that spot and my luck bat wasn't anywhere! 
Would they have thrown it away? Am I making any sense at all? 
I'm just so upset that they got rid of my luck-bat.
