Does anyone know how to get in touch with Emmanuel Flores and/or Loredana Berbec? They were our server/assistant server on our Disney Fantasy cruise that we just got off yesterday. We told them on our last morning that we would friend them on Facebook, but I can't seem to find either of them on there? They were both so wonderful and really made the cruise special for us. Emmanuel and my 10 year old DS really bonded. We really looked forward to dinner every night because of them!

There was a server on the Dream this week named Anxious from Zimbabwe, not sure his last name as it was my mom and kids sailing without me. However, they have not stopped raving about his service since getting off the ship yesterday. I wanted to suggest that anyone with food allergies should request him! My son has multiple life threatening food allergies and this server accommodated everything even a birthday dessert! He also did magic tricks. If they could have taken him home I think they would have.

Ruzica (aka Rose) from Croatia on the Disney Magic was an AMAZING head server!! She has spoiled us for all future cruise experiences. The kids still talk about the fun they had with her. My son even tried teaching our servers on the Fantasy some of the games & tricks Rose taught him.

We are hopeful that she's still with the Magic. If so, we will be requesting her for our Mar 2015 voyage.

Alberto was my head server in February. He left for vacation on 2/21...not sure how long a typical vacation is for the head servers, but he should be about to come back if not already back. He gave me no indication he wasn't coming back. He was AWESOME - and a head server I actually had interaction with!

I don't know about Steve though. I do know that it's typically best to give one or the other as they don't always keep teams the same. I don't know if you could put a preference order or not, but it's worth asking.

Ruzica was our server on the 3/29/2015 and we loved her.

We were so fortunate to have her as our server a second time on our 3/15/2015 cruise. She truly makes the cruise magical. We've started trying to talk her into switching to the Wonder for our Alaska trip in 2016!

We're so excited on our 4/25 Fantasy cruise that our server request was granted. It was so nice to go to the Royal Court for dinner and Gavin from Trinidad was waiting for us!!!! We got lucky since he starts his 2 month vacation on 5/9. If we go on the Fantasy again, we will definitely continue to request him. He is awesome and really took care of us. He had french onion soup and escargot waiting for DH every evening and DS8s non whole wheat pasta every night at the 1st. Absolutely love him!

We have been blessed to have servers who are very close friends now on both the Dream and Wonder. We were on the Fantasy last year and had a less that magical experience as far as servers. I am really nervous about our Fantasy cruise in August for servers!!

Has anyone had Sheree from the Philippines as a server on either the Dream or Fantasy lately? We first had her on the Dream in 2011. We then saw her on the Fantasy in 2013 and requested her last year on Fantasy and got her. We joked with her saying she should move back to the Dream for this summer so we could see her again and she said she was actually considering it, if DCL would let her. She could be anywhere at this point, but we did request her.

Sorry to hear this. He was a wonderful server on our repo cruise from Puerto Rico back to Florida. Does someone know if his assistant server Roland Menezes is on the Magic right now?

Susana Moreira will be returning to the Wonder when she comes back on her next contract beginning July 27. She was a Palo server on the Magic previously. She will be in the MDRs until a rotation in Palo is available to her.

Consider requesting Zsolt Szep (Hungary) for Main Dining Room server. Zsolt is scheduled to be on the Fantasy until August 29th. If you are heading to Palo, Ivan Frick (Hungary) is one of the best! Note: There are two Palo servers named Ivan in Palo on the Fantasy, so make sure you specify his last name.
