Where is my AP MB customize option?

My Annual Pass Magic band customize option isn't showing up on MDE. I renewed my AP in December and activated it in December. Is the AP MB somewhere different than regular MB customize area? I looked at DH's account and he purchased an AP for first time in December and used for first time in December and his isn't there to be customized either. Thanks for any suggestions! I have a stay booked in August and the only MB customize option showing is for this upcoming onsite stay. I'm pretty sure it was there before--I was waiting until closer to my next visit to get the new band. Now it's gone. Is it glitch city and I'm going to have to call or wait and see if it reappears?

I don't have this option either. Bought my AP in Dec and activated late January. I thought I must be overlooking it, but it definitely isn't on the magicbands page.

Our AP band option is missing from MDE, too. We renewed our AP in January. I plan to call IT and have it added back to our account before our August trip.

Mine disappeared randomly a month or so ago. So did my resort reservation bands that needed customized. I called and they were able to “put them back” very quickly. The AP band was immediate, the other ones took a few minutes but they warned me it could take a few hours before I saw them again.

Have you tried the website? Under the MDE tab go to My Magicband and Cards

I just chose to have mine shipped yesterday. It was listed under the Magic Bands section. I would give the passholder line a call if you still can't see it.

Mine was also missing. I had to call as well and it was fixed in minutes. I just received them last week!

Mine renewed in December also, but I was waiting to select a new MB color. I noticed the option to choose eventually disappeared & I thought it was maybe cause I had waited too long? I mean I have a bunch already, but since I paid for it I want it! I guess I'll have to call in at some point.

Same here. My resort band thing was "unavailable" and I can't find where to get my new band/slider for AP. Guess I'll have to call too.

Yes, used website and it's gone. I am glad I asked, as it seems to be a glitch for a lot of people. Guess I'll be calling (ugh).
