Ok, I think it's in Liberty Square on top of a red brick post, right next to the entrance into Liberty Square. Next to this brick post is a white sign on a wooden pole saying "Liberty Square". There are also pretend boxes of tea right near the base of this brick post. I hope I am being specific enough!!
