Where in the WORLD is Prince Eric

Any tips, ideas as to how to find Prince Eric for pix and/or autographs. Does he EVER make an appearance ANYWHERE!? Thanx.

I never saw him anywhere to get an autograph. I saw him in the Share a Dream Come True parade and of course at the Little Mermaid show. Sorry!

My sister found him at Ariel's Grotto with Ariel. He was available for meet-and-greet and photo opportunities. That was the only place I have ever found him.

My mom, sis, and I went to WDW last September. My sister (35, mind you) made us wait 30 minutes in that hot Florida sun at Ariel's Grotto just so she can take her picture with Ariel. She got a double-bonus since Prince Eric was there too. I have no idea on his schedule...we just got lucky I guess. But that seems to be a good place to try?

My guess is that meet and greet appearances are very rare. Only a lucky few will get to see him at Ariel's Grotto. However, he does appear at MK's afternoon parade every day.

How about at Cinderella's Suprise Celebration? Not sure but I know there is part of the show where a few (definitely Snow White, cinderella and Belle..)of the princesses are dancing with their princes...anyone know if Ariel and Eric are there???

Well, I'm 40 and ALWAYS make everyone wait for pix with my fav Princess Ariel! I have been hoping for YEARS to get a pix with Prince Eric, but WDW or Disneyland...I ONLY ever see him in parades, so tell your sister she is VERY lucky indeed. Maybe I will be so lucky next month. I plan to try there and at the show in The Studios too. Maybe...maybe....

He is very rare. He appears on a rare occasion with Ariel at the Grotto (usually in the morning before the 3 PM parade). He and Ariel will also sometimes make appearences at MGM, but usually only if Voyage of the Little Mermaid is down for rehab. I was lucky enough to find him once at MGM with Ariel back in 1994. They were in front of where the Villains shop is now on Sunset Blvd. I doubt that they appear there anymore though.

We've been looking for him too!

Last year we got to Fantasyland right at park opening. Ariel's Grotto didn't open until 10am. We did some of the other attractions and as we headed back to get in line to see Ariel we could see her through the large opening that faces the lagoon that used to house 20,000 Leagues. My DD screamed "It's Prince Eric!". He was there too! But, lo and behold when Ariel's Grotto opened he was gone!

OK, this is gonna become the next obsession at WDW. The Hunt for Prince Eric! Ok, all you CM's reading the boards...perhaps even CM's who KNOW "Prince Eric". Cough up the hints. Just HOW do we find him!?
