Yes, this is a mannequin...when I said "not solid" I meant it wasn't stone or steel. To my knowledge it's not from a shop and is not from an attraction or food service. It's a character in a window. I'm looking for the location of this "window decoration".

Something kind of funny at work today. Part of our office has a flat roof and it has about two feet of snow on it. Today was warmer than it has been lately and the snow is starting to melt. Drip,drip,drip,drip right in the bosses office. She's got a big ole leak.

Diane...offering you a little hope here ; the weather forecasters say this is our LAST bit of winter so spring should be working your way soon! The cooler weather just got here...77 degrees at 5:45 and is now dropping....

It was a little above zero this morning but it got up to the 30's. 30's felt so warm.

I'll bet those 30's felt WONDERFUL! We've dropped to 45...34 degree drop in 3 hours but I LOVE it! The air is allergy free!

...which is why I'm not asking for a building name. The location of this "window decoration" is in a "well known" spot that is easily identified without building names. Who can recall where this is...I'll even give you a hint...it's on the left.
