This is part of the "era", not related to a movie or movies. If you're walking from Indiana Jones to Hollywood Blvd. you'll most likely notice this. Nothing specifically related to the restaurant other than the fact that they serve Coke in Prime Time.

My favorite advise to DW travelers is "look up" 
; this is the "outdoor dining" area (on the Prime Time balcony) where folks would go to "enjoy the sunshine and have a Coke" on a beautiful afternoon!

I really love that era so I notice everything in that section of HS! Coke was "the thing" back then...now they'd have a glass of wine sitting on the table!

That's about as close as I expected anyone to get. This is at one of the entrance areas in the Marketplace; I think this could be an exit to the parking lot but I believe the garage parking is at the first entrance where the ride shares let passengers out. It's close to the Christmas Store and Earl of Sandwich.
