Ziplining time! No "action photos"; they left their phones with Sara but loved the experience! "Run" was cut short with rain showers in the area but they DID do the "top run" from 12,400'! LOT of burned forest areas here too; so sad.

Pretty view but still NOPE. I would live to zip line but a few feet from the ground. Allie and Treavor have the exact same smile.

AGREE...I'd love to try it but NOT from 12,400 feet! They made it half-way down; the line is broken up into 2 parts since it starts so high up. They SO wanted to do the 2nd half but didn't want to wait out the afternoon showers. Sara met them at the half-way station and they rode the gondola down the rest of the way. Allie "looks" like Treavor but Katie has his personality ... and his "outlook to life"..."devil may care" attitude!

OK the only other shops listed in the West Side area are Sunglass Icon, M&M Shop, Memory Lane and Sosa Cigar? I was thinking the Coca Cola Store but that's in Town Center.

I am so deeply saddened this evening I can't get my thoughts together We got word this afternoon that we lost one of our most ardent backers of the soccer program here in Bellville. All the way from the 3 year old group to high school, Coach Ed would coach or just follow their progress. He coached Allie in her elementary school years and continued to mentor her the entire time. When she got close to her 100th goal he made sure he attended EVERY game until she hit that milestone! He loved all sports and was a part of the Live Broadcast team on bellvillesports.com.; he'd be in the press box every Friday night keeping stats...or sitting right next to us in the stands doing live broadcast. He's the one that talked ALLIE into doing a live interview one Friday night during the football halftime when she was still playing volleyball. We learned a couple weeks ago he had pancreatic cancer. Heartbroken.....

This is from one of those shops. Which one would have an "association" with the Space Shuttle....Sunglass Icon; M&M; Memory Lane; Sosa Cigar or the Coke Store?

FINALLY found the "interview pictures"; I've been looking off and on all afternoon! Man we're gonna miss that sweet and generous man. Pancreatic cancer is a quick one; we've lost several friends over the last few years and none of them lived over 6 months after the diagnosis. ☹
