LONG day; the "cousins" are rapidly dwindling and had a nice visit with remaining few after services. A "little" warm today...heat index was 114 !

114 no thank you. I can’t do heat anymore. I tried to get a little sun yesterday because it was in the 70s but after 5 minutes I turned into one big hot flash got a wicked headache and felt awful and it wasn’t even hot out. I feel this way every time I go outside in the heat.

Totally understand! It's unbearable and the older I get, the worse it feels. SO ready for fall! 70's sound Heavenly but you're more used to 40's & 50's! On a normal day I go out to get the mail and get in the pool and that's it! Shopping is especially hard since our cars get SO hot sitting in the sunny parking lots; it gets up to 140 degrees in those suckers on hot days!
