How's this for a "blast from the past"? Don't laugh...53 years ago we took this walk down the aisle! We celebrate today by saying goodbye to Allie as she starts her move to "Mickey Land"! So excited for her! Finally made it to Louisiana a little after noon even though they left at 6 AM; accident on I-10 delayed them over an hour earlier this morning!

Yes Ma'am, it's Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida...20 minutes from Cocoa Beach/NASA (she should be able to see space launches!). She's 2 hours north of Ed in West Palm Beach and 1 hour due east of Orlando. Really good location but it IS close to the beach. Hopefully she won't have to deal with a hurricane but she's already decided if Melbourne is threatened she's heading heading straight for Disney World! Everyone always says DW is the BEST place to "ride out a hurricane! She promised to send pictures of her apartment complex but that won't be until this weekend. They'll drive from Tallahassee to Melbourne tomorrow; should arrive a little after noon. They have a hotel room on Cocoa Beach reserved and then they plan to explore the city and do a little shopping. Treavor is suppose to arrive with her furniture on Saturday.

Just got back from enjoying a massage! Had the gift certificate since Sara gave it to me for Mother's Day and finally worked it in! Worth the wait but now I'm so "relaxed" I just want to take a nap! Diane...highly recommend you give it a try before the stress of going back to school!

I will admit I'm pretty sore now that the day has worn on but that just proves how BAD I needed it! Early this afternoon I got a FaceTime call from Sara & Allie to show me the BEAUTIFUL BEACH VIEW from their hotel room on Cocoa Beach! Pretty jealous and now I really can't wait for October and our visit!
