Allie had all her pre-surgery stuff done this afternoon, stopped by for a visit and was anxious for her steak dinner tonight! Nothing to eat after 10 so she's having a LARGE evening meal; surgery isn't until 1:30 tomorrow afternoon! She's SO ready to start rehab!

Allie's back at home ; REALLY hard getting into the car for the ride home but pain meds kicked in on the drive home. Surgery took about an hour and a half; been a LONG day for her but glad to finally be in her own bed!

COLD night for those of us used to sitting in the stands when it's 80 degrees! Worth it though....56-10 victory made the Brahmas the UNDEFEATED DISTRICT CHAMPS! But poor Katie...she couldn't dance yet...and those skimpy uniforms are not meant for 50 degree temps...she was an "icicle" after halftime! Sure was a beautiful evening though! Meanwhile...Allie's resting comfortably in her nice, warm bed....
