Where In The World #20

It has definitely been a Monday. Was woken up at 4:30 by the smoke detector in our bedroom announcing that its battery was dead. Felt a little better when I got to work--my coworker had on two different shoes! :rotfl: Said she put both on to see which she liked better, got distracted, and then just left the house without realizing

LOL not that's funny

some times I am glad I am a guy I don't have to worry about matching shoes with my outfits lol

:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: Poor lady! :crazy: Talk about having your day start out on the "wrong foot"! As for the smoke detector...:crazy::crazy::crazy:...those things DRIVE ME NUTS! Especially when we can't figure out which one is beeping..."sounds like the one in the playroom...no it's the one in the family room"...:crazy:.

AND...I'll add to the "it's a Monday"...my STRESS HAS BEGUN o_O ... got the first (of I'm sure MANY) notices from medical providers...for DH...equipment needed before and after his surgery and an $1,800 bill :scared:! First, the insurance company tried to take his yearly deductible out again...they've already billed us 3 times for that "damn deductible; 2nd was where the stress started then they're only paying at 50%. Our policy covers nothing at 50%...for us it's 20%, 30% or ZERO (after we've met the out of pocket expense for the year)! Opened the next envelope...the Life Flight company informed me they are an "out of network provider" :scared1:; our insurance covers "emergency medical transport" 100%...:scared1::scared1::scared1:. Heaven help me with dealing with all this.....:crazy:. :tink:

Sorry about your medical bills :eek: You can't afford to be sick!

time to move to Canada then lol

:eek::eek::eek::scared1::scared1::scared1: That's not good.:hug::hug::hug::hug:

:rotfl2: We may have to Jeff...we can "hide from the creditors" there! :scratchin DH already talked to the HR lady for Austin County and she keeps telling us there won't be a problem. In fact, one of DH's co-workers had to make a visit to the ER a few days ago; they requested a check for $6,000 before they'd even look at him (which is a bunch of "you know what"...emergency medical care can NOT be denied because of lack of ability to pay...at least if you're an ILLEGAL :rolleyes1...Okay...off my soapbox. :rolleyes1) Bottom line...he gave them the check but ask that they "hold" it until Monday morning when they could contact our insurance company to verify benefits. They called him Monday at 9 AM letting him know they'd return his check...the lady told him "you have the BEST insurance coverage we've dealt with in a long time". :goodvibes As DH says "what will be will be"...it's just SUCH a pain in the a** dealing with it. :faint::headache::faint: :tink:
