As Diane posted...that creepy chair in the Boardwalk lobby would be my first thought too. Do NOT understand the purpose of those chairs!

I believe it said they were nanny chairs from a carousel. The kids would ride the horses and their nannies would sit in these chairs next to them.

When I saw it, it wasn't in a food service, it was on a wall of the Monsters Laugh in but, it was just past the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant.

That's for sure! WHY would nannies WANT to sit in those chairs! I guess it was to cover them up so the kiddos wouldn't be frightened!
