Getting hot again. Friday went for a mile swim and then a 16.5 mile bike ride. 4 weeks from this morning is the local sprint triathlon.

Our week will be more seasonal too; predicted high's in upper 90's. Not bad at all...making it to July without even hitting the 95 degree mark! Gonna be a tough triathlon in AUGUST!

Just finished our "food celebration" for the 4th of July. DH BBQ'd chicken, sausage, pork ribs, pork loin AND sirloin. Even after all those "good" meals" in New York, DSIL says there's NOTHING like Pappy's BBQ. Redstorm is now off for a week at Church Camp but the Princess and I are only planning on a lot of "pool time".

This is an inside ride attraction but crop comes from outside.
