Where In The World #12

oh sorry about your lost

not a good reason for a trip, but at least you are going to make the best of it looks like

I have never stayed at the Disney hotel in California we always just stay across the street. I have been in all 3 of them but for the price I cant see staying in them since most of the hotels across the street are closer to the main gate if you walk lol

The Grand Californian has an exit/entrance to the Calif. Adventure. You walk right from the hotel to the park. Or right from the park into DTD. Yes, Paradise Pier is further from the main gate than the ones on Harbor Blvd. but, you never leave the Disney magic. I did not like walking past the beggars and street people on Harbor Blvd. and I'm going solo and will feel safer on Disney property. It is ridiculously expensive though.

Toontown? New Fantasyland? Storybook Circus? or is that considered part of the New Fantasyland?

is it part of the stage that is sometimes in front of the castle?

Liberty Square? Or Main St.?

 Good thinking Diane! I'm bringing in the "new" that, IMO, is close to the "old"...Toontown...a "land" devoted entirely to the little kiddos! Storybook Circus is not considered the new Fantasyland. "Storybook Circus" has a marked entrance of it's own. This crop is from a new/old Storybook Circus/Toontown. :goodvibes :tink:

I have never seen any beggars or homeless people before around Disneyland but then I am so use to them now so I probably just got ever realize they are around

Ya for safety I would say stay on property but you better start saving now for that hotel lol

Nothing bets staying across the street for 79$ a night and eating at Denny’s every morning lol

We always do Disneyland on a cheap budget but when we go to Disneyworld we go all out get the dinning plan and everything. I guess for us on the west cost California is a weekend/ 3 day vacation while Florida is at least a week long

Where/what is this?

First thought is something from a dark park ride. I'll start with Little Mermaid show in HS. :tink:

My crop is from a dark ride in a park so not from the Little Mermaid Show.

Yes, you are from the Big City so you probably don't notice the traffic and the people as much as I do. But, surely you have at least seen the men that make the balloon animals and hand them to kids and then expect their parents to give them money. They are always right at the light as you are going on to Disney property.

no I have not seen that guy before or I have and not noticed him since he never handed me a balloon animal :(

After I wrote that, I thought - avoiding that balloon man is not worth $400 a night! :rotfl2: I don't dislike him THAT much! If I was going w/my cousin, we'd be on the street ::yes::

Yes! POTC! on my crop! It's a mermaid that has been tortured to death!!!!

I guess that means I was with you when you took it but, I have no idea where it is :goodvibes

This is from a park but not MK. So that only leaves Epcot. Honestly I thought this would be a first question solve, glad it wasn't.
