"The Great Majestic" tells me a little ; still can't make anything out from your crop thought. This is an attraction so I'll go with MK and the Liberty Square Riverboat. Maybe a sign/plaque around the entrance area or on the riverboat?

As for the mysterious picture of neon mystery, is it part of the meet and greet stage for buzz?

With the continued elusiveness of the answer correct in the regards of the .jpg with neon.... is it near the shop that sells hot dogs below astro orbiter, I feel like there were some low walls around it?
