I have never seen the parade at the AK. Is it part of a float or one of the walking characters? Is it related to one of the Fab Five?

This is not part of a character float. Not related to Fab 5. It is part of an strange animal thing but is is not walking it is more of a float.

Good to see I'm not the only one that's never seen this parade! Is it a cart holding one of those strange things? I don't even RECOGNIZE what some of those things are suppose to be so I'll just name animals! A bird?
