Where in Mexico or Norway - Wedding Ceremony?

It's late and I'm thinking where in Epcot Mexico or Norway could a wedding ceremony take place? What location would you choose? Have pictures? All input is greatly appreciated. I am also open to unconventional ideas/locations. Thanks!

I don't think Mexico would offer any good options. It's very dark inside and the outside I don't think is possible since it's open for people walking to Norway for breakfast.

Norway has an inside area, but again outside isn't available because of the breakfast held there. There was a thread a week or two ago that had pictures. I'll see if I can find it.

Oooooooooooooh I've never seen the pics of the Norway conference room. It's gorgeous! It hurts to look at it! Norway is my and DF's favorite world showcase and we'd love to hold our wedding there, but we can't possibly make the leap to a Wishes wedding, since we're only budgeting about 8k. My dream disney wedding would really be to hold the ceremony in the Norway courtyard and then have a reception in the loft....with school bread for dessert! But hey, as lurkyloo pointed out to me, with Canada now being an option for Escape, maybe they'll offer Norway as well by the time we're able to book (we're hoping for 10/21/2010).
