Where have you had bad food?

Despite the fact that I love a lot of places at WDW this thread made me realize that there are quite a few places we have vowed to never return to:

Hollywood & Vine - definitely tops my list, dirty and disgusting
Liberty Tree Tavern - I agree about the cafeteria comment. Just wasn't impressed and it literally made me sick.
Ohana - (for dinner only - breakfast was pretty good) the meat was overcooked and dry. My kids loved the interaction but a lot of money for bad food
Cape May Cafe - after they lost our ADR and we sat for an hour, the food was inedible. I was totally disappointed after our last visit. Won't ever go there again.

We love LeCellier but the last time we sat there for over an hour when they realized that according to the system we were already seated - and this was only after my DH went up and asked again. Didn't seem right that walk-ins were being seated before us FOR AN HOUR before we were seated with an ADR. Never got an apology either.

We went to Crystal Palace for supper and in the middle of the night I was up throwing up. I believe it was the salmon. Lovely fish and puke smell. Will probably not go back if I can help it. I'm sure it is a great restaurant. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended.:rotfl2:

I am really surprised at the remarks about H&V. Maybe it depends on time of day or something? We went on Nov 5 for the Playhouse Disney breakfast - I was NOT expecting much, but I have to say it was a huge surprise. The buffet was spotless, bathrooms were spotless, food was hot and tasty, character interaction was fantastic with DS. The restaurant was less than half full, and the waitress paid tons of attention. We would definitely go back.

On the other hand...
1900 Park Fare breakfast was a ZOO. I couldn't even decide if I enjoyed the food for the chaotic atmosphere.

I tend to avoid Planet Hollywood (have had decent food once but the service is alway horrible).

Rainforest Cafe in DTD; have gone twice, both times needed to send food backand the service was only so-so.

Mama Melrose; I know many like the place but to me the gravy is awful.

Chef Mickey's; I only go if family or friends want to...to me the food isn't really great.

LTT; I don't mind the food, but both times I have been, the restaurant has been dirty and the bathroom filthy!

Kona Cafe - Tonga Toast made me VERY sick. Severe sugar reaction

Pizza Planet - We ordered 4 pizzas there and they were all disgusting

ABC Commissary for breakfast - not that good

Sunshine Seasons - Rotisserie Chicken - VERY fatty and inedible.

Nine Dragons in Epcot. Not only was it the worst food I've ever eaten at WDW, it was hands down the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The wait staff was inattentive, the place was FILTHY (birds were running around on the floor scavenging food scraps).

Our last visit to San Angle Inn in 2005 was a HUGE disappointment. I used to love this place and I love mexican food, but it was just sub-par. Cold food, long wait and unless you have night vision, forget about being able to see a dang thing.

Mama Melrose's. Overpriced mac and cheese. Blech.

I forget which one it is, but the CS place in Disney's "Hollywood" Studios that is across from teh Monster's Inc meet-n-greet. Cold burger and cold greasy fries. Just unacceptable.

It's ABC Commissary

My last trip NYE 2007/2008: I had horrible food at LTT, the veggie burger at Pecos Bill's was also inedible and the food at the Gackin' Yeti Counter Service was also bad. On previous trips I had bad food at Prime Time (the pot roast was yucky) and at the Commissary at MGM (slimy oily noodles) and I can't stand the pizza at Pizza Planet.

Two worst places were LTT and some awful Asian food that I had in MK (what was I thinking??)- it was counterservice.

Mama Melrose's was not impressive by any means. Our waiter would leave for long periods of time and we did not see him waiting on anyone else either. The food was expensive for what we got and it was just plain bad. Dried up and not very flavorful. Will not be back.

If you are asking about food quality, the worst tasting food I have ever had was at POR riverside food court. I got a half baked chicken and I could barely choke it down.

As for worst Service, it was at the Rainforest Cafe downtown last August. It was me, my mom and 9yo dd. The waiter acted totally disinterested in us. He acted like we were wasting his time and when we asked him for another chocolate milk for dd he said " You know, you dont get free refills for that, it cost 3 dollars" I looked at him and said "Yes..I understand that and I dont mind paying for it" Then, a party of 4 young girls sat behind us and he was all over them, chatting them up, giving them extra bread for their salads, laughing and joking with them.

I am a waitress myself and even though he deserved it, it still killed me to tip him poorly.

Terrible fish and chips at Raglan Road in October. They were cold, soggy, and very unappetizing.
